Being a member of the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce just got better!  The Chamber’s Board of Directors approved a new membership investment program - a program that clearly lays out all the benefits of your membership dollar and provides investment level options based on what value you want to receive from your membership in the Chamber.

Businesses seek different benefits from the Chamber as they go through their business lifecycles. That’s why we’ve designed a program that works for you and stretches the return on your investment.

Here is an overview of each of the investment levels:

Cornerstone Level

Designed for the start up, small business or entrepreneur looking for visibility, to build awareness of the business and its products or services, to make new contacts that lead to potential new business.

Business Enhancement Level

Attractive to businesses looking to further their opportunities to make new business contacts, have additional visibility across related business categories, have a link from the Chamber’s website to theirs, and be eligible to sponsor a number of Chamber programs and events.

Involve & Innovate Level

Designed for even greater visibility and connections to decision makers and thought leaders throughout the community.  It attracts well established businesses and gives them additional marketing and sponsorship opportunities.

Enterprise Level

Supporting the Chamber at this level demonstrates the enterprising spirit of your business and signifies a commitment to help the Chamber develop new programs that help the community grow and prosper.  It also provides members key additional benefits that distinguish them from other members in a visible, meaningful way.

Executive Level

Investing at this level demonstrates your company’s belief that the Chamber is a key organization to provide leadership on any number of critical business issues.  In turn, this level provides you significant opportunities to be visible as a leader among your peers in the role of the Chamber and to receive benefits not available at lower investment levels.

Catalyst Level

Catalyst level members will interact among their peers and civic and government leaders. Business advocacy and public policy are increasingly important for these members who recognize that good local, state and federal policies are keys to economic prosperity.  Investment at this level provides benefits exclusive at the top investment levels.

This type of membership investment program is fast becoming the standard for chambers of commerce across the U.S. because it makes sense for the business and it delivers a tangible return on investment.
