Goal

To advocate Chamber positions on state and federal legislative issues of particular importance to the Durham business community.  The State and Federal Legislative Committee develops the Chamber’s state legislative agenda and advocates Chamber positions.  The committee also maintains regular contact with the N.C. General Assembly Delegation.  The committee meets the second Thursday of each month at the Chamber at noon.
