The Chamber’s Strategic Objectives

Each year the Chamber asks its members to provide input on key community, regional, state and federal issues that impact the business community through an all-member web-based survey.  The Chamber staff also provides recommendations about key priorities for the coming year(s) and this collective input is shared with the Chamber’s governing body, the Board of Directors, at a strategic planning session.

The Board uses this input in a day-long discussion that determines the Chamber’s strategic objectives for the upcoming year.  Some of the objectives can be achieved within one year, while others take a multi-year approach.
