The Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce offices are located in Suite 1400 of the Durham Centre Tower, 300 W. Morgan Street, in downtown Durham. The 15-story blue glass building (see building on left in picture above) is at the corner of Morgan and Foster Streets, directly across from the Durham Convention Center, Marriott Hotel and the historic Carolina Theatre. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Parking is available in the city 3 level parking deck located beneath the Tower. Note that there are separate elevators and stairs in the parking deck to the Plaza Level, your point of entry into the Durham Centre Tower. Entering the elevator in the city parking deck, please press "P" for the Plaza Level. When exiting the parking deck elevator on to the Plaza floor, please turn to your left to enter the double doors of the building. A security guard will be on your right of the main building foyer to officially sign you in to enter the building. From the main building foyer take one of the six elevators to the 14th floor.
On your way to the Chamber office, check out the newly improved Downtown area. Visit the many cafes and galleries, and take in the breathtaking "streetscape", a recent project which improved the sidewalks, landscaping, and parks. Our goal is to introduce you to all that Durham has to offer, and our staff looks forward to greeting you and showing you a great view of our lovely city!

- Take Interstate-40 W to the Durham Freeway N (Exit 279B)
- Follow the Freeway approx. 6.5 miles to the Mangum/Roxboro Street Exit (Exit 12B)
- Turn right at bottom of off-ramp onto Roxboro St
- Follow Roxboro into Downtown and merge left onto Downtown Loop
- Loop becomes Morgan Street

- Follow Interstate-85 N to the Durham Freeway S. (exit 172)
- Exit on Mangum/Roxboro Street (12B)
- Cross Mangum Street. Turn left at light on Roxboro St
- Follow Roxboro into Downtown and merge left onto Downtown Loop
- Loop becomes Morgan Street

- Take 15-501 N to the 15-501 Bypass Split
- Take 15-501 Byp N. to Exit 16, Durham Freeway S.
